Remediation/Mitigation Technician LeadPuroClean, the paramedics of property damage, is a locally owned and operated franchise that responds to Oahu families and businesses in their time of need by mitigating property emergencies caused by water, fire, mold, or biohazard. We are looking for heroes to add to our team that have an exceptional work ethic, can supervise others, and perform their work with professionalism and efficiency.Why You Want To Work With Us:Weekly pay $25-$30/hr subject to experience and certificationsProfessional developmentPaid time offBonus opportunitiesFree & convenient parkingMedical insurance (with pharmaceutical coverage & gym membership program)Dental & vision insuranceLead Technician Primary Responsibility:Supervise jobs to ensure the highest quality of service and work to our customers and their properties.Works directly with the Production Manager to manage and train technicians and technician assistants.Assess property damage, provide proper write up of job scope, prepare and present estimates when necessary.Complete jobs on time and turn in paperwork in a timely manner.Follow industry standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire and biohazard restoration.Other Duties Related To The Job:Transporting, setting up, and removing equipment all over the island to and from job sitesLoad and prepare vansEquipment and warehouse maintenance/cleaningEngaging and speaking with customersTaking and uploading pictures and notesQualifications:At least 3+ years' experience in property restoration or similar fieldExperience with MICA, Xactimate, and Dash software preferredAbility to prioritize and multi-taskExcellent customer service skillsAbility to get IICRC certified and continued education as requiredHave a valid driver's licenseAbility to lift at least 50 poundsMust be able to pass a minimal background check and drug testMust be able to pass a medical evaluation and fit testWilling to work on-call, after-hours rotationSkills Required To Succeed As A Lead Technician With PuroClean:HonestySolid leadership qualitiesStrong organizational skillsService orientedA desire to make a difference in the communityTeam playerTakes initiativeIs punctual to work and can arrive to jobs within a designated time frameReliable someone we can count on day or night no matter the emergencyMinimum Education Requirements: High School diploma/GED equivalentWe Build Careers - Steve White, President and COOWith over 300 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
