You'll prospect leads, conduct site visits, build proposals, close deals, and nurture client relationships to fuel our Atlanta expansion. Key Responsibilities Proactively acquire new commercial clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach to property managers, HOAs, realtors, and facility decision-makers Perform on-site assessments, provide consultations, and create accurate estimates/proposals Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, closing, and upselling recurring services Build lasting relationships for repeat business and referrals Handle inbound leads, schedule appointments, and manage professional communications (phone, email, CRM) Meet/exceed sales targets with weekly goal setting and performance tracking Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration Complete light administrative tasks, including CRM updates Requirements Proven sales experience (B2B/commercial services preferred; property services or exterior cleaning a plus) Property management experience or familiarity working with property managers/HOAs/realtors highly desirable Self-motivated "hunter" mindset—comfortable chasing leads, handling objections, and competing to win Strong communication skills with confident phone and in-person presence Excellent networking, relationship-building, and closing abilities Organized and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and professional social media use Reliable transportation for client visits Positive, customer-focused attitude with business casual appearance Ability to pass background check and drug screening Why Join Window Hero?
