Duration: Contract to hire (03-06 months contract)


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience working as Business System Analyst/Project Manager.
  • 10 years of experience in an Operational role at a Carrier or Distributor, or as a Sr. Consultant at a consulting firm;
  • Solid experience in Life Insurance and Annuities;
  • The ability to assess a situation and independently take action to address it;
  • Some experience with industry order entry platforms; Affirm, AN4, LifeSpeed, etc or other order entry platforms.
  • Expert understanding of operational processes within Life Insurance and Annuities from Carrier standpoint;
  • Solid writing and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to “Roll-up your sleeves” and assist team in meeting deliverables;
  • A desire to mentor team members.
