Job Overview:


The Technical Architect & Integration Lead will oversee and lead the design and integration of key supply chain systems including SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder Planning Systems. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, strategic vision, and leadership skills to ensure that system integrations are executed flawlessly and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the supply chain domain, deep knowledge of relevant technologies, and strong capabilities in project management and communication.


Key Responsibilities:


System Integration and Architecture Design:


  • Design and develop robust architecture for integrating SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder systems to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Ensure that the architecture supports scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.


Leadership and Project Management:


  • Lead and manage integration projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, including IT, supply chain management, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and project success.


Technical Expertise and Strategy Development:


  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic view of the supply chain systems' architecture, focusing on long-term system scalability and integration.


Stakeholder Communication and Management:


  • Engage with business leaders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical actions and strategies.
  • Communicate technical concepts and implications effectively to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.


Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:


  • Oversee the development of testing protocols to ensure that integrations meet functional requirements and performance standards.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and lead optimization efforts to improve business processes.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the supply chain domain with a strong understanding of related processes.
  • Expertise in SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder Planning Systems.
  • Experience with integration frameworks and technologies such as middleware, APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Professional certifications related to SAP, Snowflake, or Blue Yonder systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and modern data architectures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
