You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with internal stakeholders and develop innovative sourcing strategies. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, ensuring the organization attracts talent and maintains efficient, data-driven hiring processes.At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening and offer negotiation for assigned roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build job descriptions.Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for key positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants. Create and manage talent communities or talent pools.Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.Act as a brand ambassador to promote Boston Scientific as an employer of choice through a positive candidate experience.Ensure recruitment processes are free from bias and are fully compliant with company policies and regulations.Required qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Talent AcquisitionMinimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and pipelining talentPrior experience managing full-cycle recruiting supporting multiple disciplinesPreferred qualifications:Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industryExperience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) preferredPassion and interest in leveraging social media and digital channelsAbility to work in a matrix-centric environmentExcellent communication working in a multi-business environmentAbility to learn multiple areas of the business while influencing processes quickly and efficientlyAbility to self-direct and prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities/projects and deliver results within a fast-paced complex environmentCompensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
