ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and help maintain databases (primarily utilizing salesforce.com)
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to collect and analyze data
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Filter and clean data to prep for analysis
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Compile various sales and performance metrics to provide to stakeholders as needed
- Troubleshoot reporting database environments
- Support team initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on internal systems, including data within reports and dashboards
- Provide team members with support on projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience working with salesforce.com
- Well versed in working cross functionally with national teams
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with reporting and data visualization
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented
