Assure Smart Apps Program ManagerThe Assure Smart Apps Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the coordination, governance, and execution of Smart App initiatives across the enterprise. This leader will partner closely with product owners, engineering, delivery, and go-to-market teams to ensure Smart App strategy alignment, resource optimization, and consistent delivery of business value.Key responsibilities include:Program Leadership & Alignment:Serve as the central coordination point for all Smart App workstreams, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maintain a unified Smart App roadmap.Partner with product leaders (L&A, P&C, Reinsurance, Global Specialty) to prioritize, sequence, and track Smart App initiatives.Facilitate communication and engagement across stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and visibility of progress.Financial & Resource Management:Manage global Smart App R&D and deployment budgets, including hours, spend, and resource utilization.Provide monthly reporting on investment allocation, progress, and value realization.Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to forecast and allocate funding for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.Optimize resourcing across teams to maintain delivery efficiency.Governance & Reporting:Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks for Smart App development, review, and release.Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor project status, risks, and outcomes.Ensure documentation, compliance, and communication standards are maintained across all Smart App programs.Lead the implementation of standardized development and release processes to drive transparency and accountability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PMP preferred).7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within enterprise software, digital transformation, or insurance technology.Strong understanding of workflow automation, low-code platforms, and composable architecture concepts.Proven ability to manage global cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
