Interim Nurse Director, Perioperative Services

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Nurse Director of Perioperative Services at a 70+ bed hospital in Northern California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and motivating clinical staff to develop their expertise, knowledge, and skills
- Directing and evaluating patient care activities to improve throughput
- Collaborating and coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of providing administrative and clinical leadership for all aspects of Perioperative Services
- License: State of California RN license required
- Certifications: BLS issued through the American Heart Association
- Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience
