About Us: Apex Systems is excited to connect top talent with a growing telecom client in Greenwood Village, CO. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our team.


Why This Role? As a Digital Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work on several high-profile and innovative Contact Center/IVR/AI/Chat bot software initiatives. These include transitioning from an older voice recognition system to a cutting-edge Conversational AI solution, moving from traditional menu options to open-ended AI features, enhancing routing accuracy, and implementing a self-service application.


This role requires you to be onsite 3-4 days a week, collaborating closely with our team to drive impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication regarding roadmap items, support metrics, and report on the impact of our roadmap. Ensure development timelines are understood and achieved.
  • Business Alignment: Ensure business requirements align with our roadmap strategy and drive the successful execution of projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with business units to gather and validate requirements, translating them into actionable items for the roadmap.
  • Documentation: Ensure all roadmap items have supporting documentation and decision-making archives.
  • Discovery & Dependencies: Facilitate discovery processes to identify and document requirements, ensuring development dependencies are understood and communicated.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the impact of the roadmap. Create comprehensive reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Present data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor development timelines, identify potential delays, and work with teams to mitigate risks. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Operations Research: Conduct thorough research to support various operational needs, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights.
  • Agile Development: Demonstrate familiarity with agile development processes and possess knowledge of Conversational IVR and AI capabilities.


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Program Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Background in working on web portal, Chat bot, or AI initiatives
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical team members and users.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including success criteria and data-driven decision-making.
  • Post-launch analytics experience.
  • Understanding of call center metrics and Conversational IVR/AI capabilities.
