Job PurposeEnsure effective and efficient work execution through planning and scheduling to maintain equipment reliability for stable department characteristics.
Key Accountabilities- Develop & maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) capability of self and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experience to ensure factual and accurate information is entered
- Communicate schedule for all equipment work within department to meet business plan targets
- Manage CMMS data to maintain data integrity, compliance and provide feedback
- Create/Maintain CMMS structure and ensure all equipment records are maintained to Honda Standards
- Manage spare parts linkage of assets to efficiently identify correct parts
- Schedule and coordinate all activity including manpower, parts, equipment, safety and checkouts for all non-emergency work.
- Strengthen work order planning and backlog management to improve equipment service manpower efficiency.
- Support with development of equipment preventive maintenance and repair budget to meet dept. cost targets.
- Serve as SME - Maintain equipment preventive maintenance program and support continuous improvement to reduce unplanned down time and guarantee preventive maintenance effectiveness
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 0-6 years Technical experience with Asset Management or Industrial Maintenance or other comparable Technical disciplines.
- Proficient in MAXIMO (CMMS) System
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
- Ability to lead meetings
- Organization skills including ability to build and plan work orders as needed for equipment maintenance
- Problem solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to allocate resources
- Office and Production areas
- Must be able to work nights and weekends & overtime as required.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
