Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, and Glucerna to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.The Social Content Planner role plays a key leadership role within the Social Experience Team within the internal creative agency, Creative & Digital Services (CDS). The Social Content Planner, reporting to the Head of Social Experience, is responsible for developing and executing strategic content plans across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.What You'll Work On:Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights. Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns. Identify content themes, formats, and storytelling opportunities that drive engagement and performance. Advocate for new media technologies/capabilities that have a synergistic fit into the Brand's marketing mix.Content Creation & OversightLead the content creation process from concept to execution, including copywriting, visual direction, and production coordination. Ensure all content is on-brand, optimized for each platform, and adheres to best practices. Partner with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality, engaging social content. Review and approve content assets, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.Performance & OptimizationMonitor content performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Conduct A/B testing and content experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to inform strategy.Social Listening & Audience InsightsUtilize social listening tools to uncover audience behaviors, preferences, and emerging topics. Translate insights into content opportunities and strategic pivots. Represent the voice of the consumer in content planning discussions. Sprinklr point-of-contact for listening, reporting, query builds & maintenance, partnering closely with Sprinklr team to ensure our tool is optimized for social listening. Owns crisis social listening and escalation and communicates observations and impact with cross-functional teams and ensures appropriate monitoring plans are in place.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with brand managers, media planners, and agency partners to ensure content supports campaign objectives. Present content strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Advocate for innovative content formats and storytelling approaches.Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.5+ years of working in marketing strategy and directly with data, analytics and visualization tools to provide valuable insights.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to facilitate communication and share out of results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.High level of organization and attention to detail.A positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems.Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently.The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 $170,700.00.
