Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Painting and Waterproofing Estimator at Percopo Coatings Company located in Longwood, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, providing accurate quantity takeoffs for painting, coatings, and waterproofing projects, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.


Qualifications

  • Experience in estimating painting, coatings, waterproofing and fireproofing projects.
  • Ability to interpret project specifications and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
  • Relevant certification or training in construction estimating and software.
