Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design and Web Design Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for college students looking to gain hands-on experience working in a professional environment, developing design skills, and contributing to live client projects. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create visually engaging content, design websites, and support brand development efforts for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the web design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for clients.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit engaging social media videos using CapCut and other video editing tools.
  • Design templates and content using Canva for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure that design elements are consistent with the client's brand guidelines and vision.
  • Conduct website updates and revisions based on client feedback.
  • Prepare mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web design projects.
  • Assist in editing and optimizing images for web use.
  • Maintain organized files and version control for all design projects.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), CapCut, and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles (knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing graphic and/or web design projects (academic or freelance work is acceptable).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative on tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO and optimizing designs for web performance.
