Human Resources SpecialistBaptist Health LaGrangeFull Time, Day ShiftThe Human Resources Specialist is responsible for maintaining all personnel files for contract employees working within the facility in order to meet accrediting body regulations. Additionally, the HR Specialist is responsible for tracking, verification, data-entry, and expiration communications required for all licensure and certifications within the hospital.The Human Resources Specialist facilitates communication across departments involved in scheduling and onboarding and actively participates in the weekly new hire orientation program by collecting required documentation and preparing personnel files.In addition to contract labor responsibilities, the HR Specialist performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department.
