  • 3+ years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and general industrial safety programs
  • Ability to handle complex tasks without supervision and plan and assign work utilizing available resources as needed. Ability to train others.


Day to Day:

You will support a major footwear company location in Beaverton, OR as the maintenance coordinator.

  • Planning and scheduling: Creating schedules and work orders for preventative and reactive maintenance, and major projects
  • Coordinating: Working with maintenance technicians, engineering partners, contractors, and vendors
  • Maintaining records: Keeping files and records for maintenance management
  • Estimating costs: Estimating the cost of labor and parts for equipment
  • Document creation: Writing procedural manuals for specific tasks
  • Monitoring inventory: Keeping track of spare parts and tools
  • Researching: Researching equipment performance evaluations
  • Observing: Monitoring people, data, or objects to ensure compliance with safety and operating standards
  • Preparing reports: Preparing presentations or reports for decision-makers
