Description:

This Fortune 100 company seeks an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator. The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator will ensure the fulfillment of building maintenance services. You will be responsible for hands-on preventative measures and various quick fixes, conducting daily building inspections (walk-throughs), meeting with and scheduling vendors, and tracking + entering data into the ticketing system.

Additional Responsibilities:

Scheduling maintenance, quarterly visits with management, routine O&M inspections, catching things before a ticket is created, small break fixes with HVAC equipment, and communicating/partnering with the Facility Coordinator on site.
