Our client is a Band 1 global projects, infrastructure and renewable energy group who are looking to recruit for an associate with at least 3 years of experience in project financing, private debt and equity offerings, and tax-equity financings within renewable energy and/or infrastructure.
This is an interesting opportunity for an ambitious associate looking to develop their legal career in a market-leading team.
Requirements:
- 3 years of associate experience developed in a highly-regarded law firm.
- Active membership of the California State Bar and in good standing
- Stellar academics from an ABA accredited law school
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
