***MUST be able to work onsite M-F in Richmond, VA***


Must Haves:

  • 6-12 months of experience within shipping
  • Forklift certification
  • High school diploma/trade school
  • Computer skills (excel)


D2D:

  • Check Shipments in Computer: Accurately enter and verify shipment details in the company’s computer system to ensure all records are up-to-date and correct.
  • Daily Meeting: Participate in daily meetings to discuss shipping schedules, priorities, and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload shipments as required.
  • Load Shipments: Prepare and load shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly.
  • Schedule Pick-Ups: Coordinate and schedule pick-ups with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
