Quality Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within our organization, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control processes
- Communicate with clients to address any quality concerns and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools
- Experience with ISO and other quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
