When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.What you will do:Customer Interaction:Attend job site meetings and provide guidance and technical support for the installation of equipment. Understand, address, and resolve equipment and installation issues to prevent unnecessary service requests. Follow up with customers post-job for feedback.Problem Solving:Troubleshoot warranty issues and lead problem-solving teams. Develop, maintain, and communicate technical service documentation, or concepts via phone or in writing. Participate in MDI reviews and risk management discussions.Project Management:Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of warranty parts and coordinate labor for warranty repairs. Provide guidance to field technicians on clear scopes of work. Prepare and complete documentation for startup logs and job summary reports. Collaborate with product managers and sales engineers for technical support.Technical Skills:Analyze electrical schematics and refrigerant piping diagrams. Use Microsoft Office and Trane-specific programs. Understand safe refrigerant handling and electrical safety standards.Safety and Compliance:Promote company safety policies. Travel locally to job sites as needed. Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel for factory testing/training.What you will bring:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in project management, HVAC service, or related field. Knowledge of HVAC installation contracting processes. Strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Professionalism in high-stress situations. Highly organized and customer service-oriented. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 plus incentive. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
