Position Overview

Swipe Say Easy is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Clerk to join our team in New York, NY. This is an ASAP opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. The Office Clerk will support day-to-day operations to ensure our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
