Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized rehabilitation therapy services, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in providing carefully tailored physical therapy services under the guidance of our experienced physical therapists. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the health and well-being of our clients across various healthcare facilities. Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients. Perform routine physical therapy interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist, including exercises and the use of therapeutic devices. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary under the supervision of a physical therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatments and home exercise regimens. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in patient assessment and care planning meetings. Proficiency in executing physical therapy treatment plans. Strong observational and analytical skills to assess patient condition and progress. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of safety and procedural compliance in a healthcare setting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
