Chief Technology OfficerThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) serves as a visionary leader responsible for aligning Oakland County's technology strategy with its overall business objectives. This role drives the integration of technology across departments, ensuring that all systems, applications, and initiatives support operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth.The CTO oversees the development, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide technological initiatives while maintaining and evolving the County's existing systems architecture. Adept at setting and managing priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while navigating complex challenges.Are skilled in translating ideas across audiences. Effectively communicates complex technical ideas in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Minimum QualificationsWhat you'll need:1. Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.2.
