We are looking for a senior software engineer with a proven track record for designing & building web and backend systems which interact with relational data stores. The applicant should be well versed in the engineering design process and should be capable of leading a product’s technical evolution in both new and legacy environments. Additionally, the applicant should be willing and able to mentor and guide other engineers to help improve the engineering culture and environment at Agile.


Experience In:

  • .NET Backend Development with Modern SPA Frameworks:

Design and implement robust RESTful APIs using .NET technologies

Integrate APIs with front-end applications built on modern SPA frameworks

  • Designing Scalable and Maintainable Web Applications for Cloud Deployment
  • OOP design patterns and best practices
  • Data analytics and analysis
  • Migrating On-Premises Applications to Cloud Environments:

Strategies for transitioning applications from on-premises environments to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Containerization and orchestration

Understanding of cloud-native services and infrastructure-as-code

  • Relational and non-relational data stores:

Schema Design

Query tuning

SQL Server, Postgres, etc.

Elastic Search is a plus

Message Queues are a plus

  • Integration and Unit Testing Practices and Procedures:

Writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and using test frameworks

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices


Optional:

  • Experience using Large Language Models to Build Enterprise Assistants or Tools:

Developing applications that leverage NLP models like GPT for automation and data processing.

Integration of LLMs into business workflows and tools.

  • Developing Applications Interfacing with CRMs or MA Systems (HubSpot, Marketo, MS Dynamics 365):

Experience with CRM/MA APIs for data synchronization, automation, and reporting.

Building integrations to enhance CRM/MA functionalities and user experiences.

 

 Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering

·       5+ years of relevant industry experience

·       Team player with ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

·       Excellent written and verbal communicator

·       Ability to work independently

·       Expected to be proactive in monitoring systems and suggesting performance and feature improvements as they become conversant with Agile's systems and business model
