The Opportunity:

You will work with a small team of engineers collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to build solutions enhancing external and internal customer experiences. 


Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the architectural design and implementation of complex software solutions using C# and the Microsoft/Azure Stack
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum and DevOps processes, continuous integration, and automated testing frameworks to drive efficient development.
  • Explore and integrate AI technologies into our solutions as part of our digital transformation strategy.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture, while also utilizing AWS experience to enhance our multi-cloud strategies.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization for server components, database systems, and UI to ensure high efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Use Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to manage and automate cloud resources.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.


What you Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information services or related field; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.


Technical Experience

  • 7+ years of development experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a lead or senior engineer defining system design and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies, with a focus on event-driven architectural design.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like Blazor and/or React.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
  • Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
  • Experience with modern ORMs like EF Core and Dapper.
  • Strong database skills, including SQL Server and database design best practices.
  • Proficiency in modern unit and integration testing tools, such as xUnit, NUnit, and Moq.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD processes is preferred.
  • Expertise using Terraform for infrastructure automation and management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for custom DevOps automation tasks is a plus.
  • Experience with Playwright for UI testing is a plus
