Job Summary and Responsibilities Our next RN Residency program start date will begin March 16, 2026. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Departments Participating: Telemetry Medical / Surgical Emergency Department Overview: The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program, blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have less than 12 months experience as a Registered Professional nurse. Timeline: Requisitions posted December 1, 2025. The postings may be removed early, after 100 applications have been received. Interviews will be held in person beginning in January 2026 The first day of Orientation is March 16, 2026 Job RequirementsGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program. Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
