Job Overview:

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering essential care to our residents, ensuring they receive the personalized attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living activities
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and educational personnel
  • Assist patients with mobility requirements, including transfers
  • Prepare and maintain resident rooms with necessary supplies
Qualifications:
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in New York State
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with PCC e-MAR is a plus
  • Physical stamina for active tasks; ability to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
