Job Summary

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team supports global business transformation initiatives. This role will support the design, development, and delivery of strategic communications to ensure business readiness for exciting efforts like the global implementation of , our client's new ERP Program.


Essential Functions

The Communications Associate will assist the OCM Manager in driving strategy, creation, and tracking of all communication-related activities. Key OCM communications activities include managing an internal website, organizing townhalls, driving communications campaigns, developing content, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing impact/results of our efforts.

· Support the design, development, and delivery of program communication.

· Support ongoing stakeholder analysis and targeted communication.

· Develop and execute communication campaigns.

· Create and execute surveys (e.g., change readiness, communications effectiveness, program awareness).

· Analyze survey data and develop insights for improving communication strategy.

· Support Change Agent Networks, e.g., SuperUsers.

The IT Organization and the OCM Team are unique in that they touch all parts of the company. We work with internal employee stakeholder groups across the globe. This is an exciting team to join

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Strong written and visual communicator.

· Highly skilled in PowerPoint.

· Canva and/or graphic design skill is a big plus.

· Intermediate skill in the use of Excel and Word. Advanced preferred.

· Well organized with attention to detail.

· Ability to carry out tasks independently.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.

· Video editing skills is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills are a plus

· Passionate about OCM and Communication

Experience

· 1-3 years experience in communication.

Education

· Coursework in Communications, Organizational Change Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business is a plus.
