We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Media Manager to join our client's team. This role requires a deep understanding of both paid social and paid search advertising platforms, with a proven ability to develop and execute high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to drive business growth through effective media strategies. Agency experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social and paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to achieve campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid social and paid search advertising within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
