We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Media Manager to join our client's team. This role requires a deep understanding of both paid social and paid search advertising platforms, with a proven ability to develop and execute high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to drive business growth through effective media strategies. Agency experience is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social and paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to achieve campaign goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid social and paid search advertising within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
