Account ManagerAn Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with strategic Employer Groups and Partners. An Account Manager needs to be proactive in responding to Employer Group and Partners related to changing regulations, product updates and potential service concerns.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Oversees the day-to-day PreTax administration for Employers and PartnersAnswer inbound phone calls from a queue-based system and email inquiries within Service Level AgreementsUtilize CRM tool to document and review all client activityAssist clients with billing questions, payments, and invoicesResolve Employer and Partner Escalations. Partnering with internal team as neededProvide necessary Reporting for Employer GroupsProactively identifies potential issues and provides resolution when neededComplete annual renewal process for assigned employer groupsAct as liaison between client and IT technical and operational teamsCommunicate with internal teams about changes in Employer Group plans to ensure group loyaltyQualifications & Requirements:Experience with PreTax administration is requiredDemonstrated excellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, professional attitude and phone etiquetteAttention to detail and ability to act as liaison between other teams in order to produce final resolutionExcellent analytical and organizational skillsRisk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions.
