Responsibilities:

  • Lead design thinking across multiple product releases and platforms.
  • Enhance user experiences based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with UX Lead, Researchers, and Product Owners to understand user needs.
  • Conduct and lead UX activities like research, interviews, and workshops.
  • Translate research into practical user experiences.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a UX Designer in a software engineering team.
  • Strong expertise in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, and UX processes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle design projects.
  • Background in typography, data visualization, and digital design.
