General Managers are accountable for owning the daily operations of the restaurants, training and leading their teams, driving company initiatives, and cultivating a fun and extraordinary company culture. If this sounds like a challenge you wish to take, we encourage you to read on


It is critical that our candidate has extensive experience leading in drive-thru fast casual or quick service operations. Good candidates are adept leaders with strong business minds, skilled in organization and collaboration. This person is responsible for overseeing training and development of staff, assessing the team’s and franchisees’ needs for training, aligning training with the company’s goals, and developing leaders in the restaurant.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Relentless drive to meet key objectives in execution, sales, and profit.

·       Attains stellar food quality, speed, and accuracy standards for drive-thru, dine-in, and off-premise guests with 100% satisfaction.

·       Drives day-to-day operations through scheduling, ordering, and team member development. 

·       Recruits, hires, trains, and retains awesome people who embody our core values.

·       Maintains a fanatically clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

·       Ability to keep up with a high paced work environment.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

·       2 years General Manager experience in a drive-thru, quick service or fast casual, restaurant.


·       Strong leadership and communication skills

·       Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple competing priorities

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·       Knowledge of restaurant industry regulations and health codes

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation will consist of a competitive base salary and opportunity to participate in a restaurant bonus program.  Benefits include:

·       Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance on the first day of month following 30 days of employment.

·       Participation in company 401k Plan after 30 days of employment with an employer match of up to 4% 

·       Three weeks of PTO which shall accrue and be subject to the Company’s policies and practices contained in the Company’s handbook.
