Your focus will be on attracting top talent, nurturing growth, and empowering your team to excel in both new logo acquisition and account expansion-consistently exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual goals. Please note, this is a remote role leading a team across the US.As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Leaders across a specific geographyBuilding a sales team and the future sales leaders of CriblDevelop a business plan to overachieve sales goalsManage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closingYou will be part of a proven leadership team and play a key role in developing the GTM.Reporting to the VP of Enterprise SalesWe are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hoursIf You've Got It - We Want ItMinimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales leadersA successful track record of overachievement annuallyExperience leading sales team who sell through security channel partnersExperience navigating complex sales cyclesExperience with SAAS sales - cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and securityBackground of successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000)Background using MEDDICExperience developing pipeline and opening new accountsBonus points/Preferred Skills:Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine LearningSalary Range ($200,000-$263,000) + commissionThe salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
