Controller Construction AccountingLocation: On-site, 5 days/week Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for our organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting and financial activities, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, inventory control, payroll, and fixed assets.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial instruments.Authorize disbursements in line with company policies.Develop and maintain relationships with banks, insurance providers, and external auditors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Lead project accounting and budgeting for construction projects.Top Skills:Percentage of Completion (POC) AccountingFinancial ReportingBudgetingFixed AssetsInventory ControlConstruction AccountingQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Controller.Strong knowledge of construction accounting and POC methodology.Experience with acquisitions and related accounting is a plus.Proficiency with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Norcross, GA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
