** On-site 5 days per week
** Support Executives
Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Technology team with a proven track record in providing high-level technical support to executive-level users. This is a 12 – month contract + extension. The team is located in San Francisco, CA, and the role is on-site 5 days/week. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.
Desktop TechnicianResponsibilities:
- Manages and maintains user accounts, including rights, security, and group memberships.
- Provides comprehensive support for LAN/WAN connectivity, operating systems, and LAN-based applications.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves hardware and software issues.
- Recommends and schedules necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support incidents and resolutions.
Desktop TechnicianRequirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support (C-Suite, Execuives)
- Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Skilled in documenting, upgrading, and replacing hardware and software systems.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
