Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to lead tax strategies drive efficient tax planning and ensure compliance with the evolving tax landscape. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset guiding clients through complex tax scenarios with confidence and precision.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the engagement manager on client accounts and support partners.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction retention and loyalty.
  • Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
  • Research tax issues draft memorandums and provide recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and participate in business proposal development.
  • Manage billing and collections promptly.
  • Oversee team members technical and professional development.
  • Delegate assignments and focus on highlevel management responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA required advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • Strong leadership organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tax compliance and research software QuickBooks and related systems.
