We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage "Like it never even happened"Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.Mitigate onsite services including but not limited to cleaning, removing flooring, removing drywall, removal of cabinetry, etc.Follow safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.Position RequirementsEffective written and oral communicationBasic math skillsExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredHigh school diploma/GEDAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay RateStarts at $14 to $16 per hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
