Order Processing SpecialistWe are looking for a meticulous Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing. This in-office position is located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by supporting various accounting and administrative functions.Responsibilities:Enter customer orders into the system with precision and efficiency.Coordinate with sales representatives to confirm order details and verify shipping information.Review orders thoroughly to ensure accuracy before processing.Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly after shipments are completed.Communicate with the shipping department to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.Assist sales representatives in reconciling their personal inventory records.Prepare weekly inventory and sales reports for review.Audit expense reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.Provide backup support for shipping operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks.Requirements:Previous experience in order entry and invoicing processes.Experience with SAP ERP system is essential, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, specifically Pivot Tables.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Experience in generating audit reports and maintaining financial records.Customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
