Based in Charlotte, NC, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to client stakeholders and contractors, ensuring operational alignment, retention, and delivery success. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple client touchpoints to achieve headcount and performance goals.Job DescriptionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.Oversee the engagement, satisfaction, and retention of deployed contractors across various client sites.Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings to maintain visibility and strengthen client and contractor relationships.Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently and accurately.Track key performance indicators, including headcount targets, fulfillment metrics, and satisfaction scores.Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance service delivery.Resolve client and contractor issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and continued partnership.Maintain detailed reporting and documentation to support transparency and performance tracking.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or workforce delivery within the staffing industry.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and staffing operations.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.Must be based in Charlotte, NC, with the ability to travel to client locations as needed.Why Join PTR Global?
