POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Dunigan Brothers Inc. Your primary role will be to coordinate field and office operations, supporting project managers and superintendents to ensure project success. This involves tracking project progress, managing materials and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient project completion.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee assigned projects from start to finish.
- Complete and track material submittals and manage pre-construction documentation.
- Handle RFIs, Field Orders, Work Change Directives, and Change Orders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, including weekly two-week lookaheads.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Resolve day-to-day issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries to job sites.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Evaluate project performance using data and metrics.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and As-Builts.
- Provide support to the field and executive teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the Safety Director to implement safety training for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- 3+ years of construction management experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and industry regulations.
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
