Description Propelis is looking for a highly organized Account Manager to ensure a positive client experience in the execution of production art files as they relate to instore signage. Ideal candidate is proactive in problem-solving and takes ownership of deadlines and get the job done right the first time. Join our growing organization and dedicated team by applying today The Challenge As the Account Manager, you are our client's primary contact, responsible for managing and meeting client expectations managing a high volume of projects for our clients' vendors and creative agencies. From kickoff to quality output, with proactive communication, you will ensure projects flow through the Propelis production network and client's systems seamlessly.
You will also have direct contact with client's vendors and creative agencies. In this role, tenacity in problem-solving and a strong sense of urgency will enable exceptional service and build strong relationships with internal and external cross-functional partners. The current working environment is remote. The position could also be based out of our Brooklyn Park location, if candidate so prefers.
What You'll Do
Manage Projects Lead the day-to-day client engagement to ensure a positive company experience Identify and define new projects Track and manage the routing reviews for multiple vendors' signage Manage project timelines ensuring on-time delivery Liason between retailer, Propelis, creative agencies and vendors Train vendors in online routing tool Ensure Quality Know your client, their process and preferences to operate as the client's brand guardian to consistency and continuity Document all critical and pertinent information on that may impact consistency Ensure all order entries are complete and concise when delivered to production and client Facilitate the approval process for vendor supplied signage Lead Teamwork Communicate client preferences to create consistency across the production network Communicate all areas requiring key decisions and at-risk initiatives related to customer expectations Lead the client Pre-Pro Meetings for low complexity projects Understands the client, brands, internal processes, etc. and share knowledge with internal teams Demonstrate an appetite to learn and develop, exhibiting an innate curiosity that influences others Drive Results Manage reporting and tracking for projects both internally and externally, such as: Client weekly status reports Item request reports Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Some college/associate's degree preferred Equivalent of 3+ years of experience preferred Previous experience in customer service and/or project management Experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred Required Skills & Abilities Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos Proofreading skills Ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners internally and externally Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and general knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet and Sharepoint Preferred Skills & Abilities High sense of urgency and willingness to go the extra mile always one step ahead, making sure everything is accounted for Adaptable to accommodate client personalities and preferences, and build trust Focused on the little details, but never losing site of the big picture Highly organized: can juggle 35 balls in the air, without dropping any Flexible and proactive: always having a plan B (and C and D) Leads with eyes-on and hands-off and equips direct reports to deliver projects on-time and to quality Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. S. pay range for this position is $45,292 - $56,615 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
