Your role is to compassionately listen, support, and help match each client with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs. Remote flexibility may be possible once fully trained.What Youll DoServe as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and textListen with empathy and guide clients in selecting the best clinician for their needsSchedule and coordinate appointments using our client management systemsMaintain accurate client information and billing details in our electronic health systemsCommunicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately in all interactionsCollaborate with the Intake and Operations teams to ensure continuity of careUphold and follow HIPAA confidentiality standardsParticipate in weekly team meetings and ongoing trainingWhat Makes You a Strong FitYou are warm, grounded, and confident on the phoneYou care deeply about womens emotional well-being and agencyYou can stay organized and focused while managing multiple tasksYou enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive teamYou are dependable, communicative, and proactiveRequirements2+ years of experience in healthcare intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales ORan Associates or Bachelors degree in a related fieldExperience in mental health or wellness intake settings is a plusProficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfort learning new softwareMore details will be discussed during the initial interview.
