Job Summary:

Lead design efforts for drainage systems and structures in industrial and petrochemical facilities, focusing on hydraulic analysis, site layout, and stormwater management.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong oil/gas industry experience
  • BS Degree in Engineering
  • Experience with Civil 3D, RISA, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS
  • PE license desirable but not required


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in concrete and steel design
  • Background in industrial and petrochemical facility design
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring younger engineers


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform drainage basin delineation and hydrologic analysis
  • Conduct pre- and post-development comparative analysis
  • Design hydraulic drainage systems and size/placement of surface drainage structures (e.g., ditches)
  • Design subsurface drainage structures and systems
  • Size and design detention/retention structures and flow control systems
  • Manage site layout and earthwork balancing
  • Handle geometric design of roadways
  • Integrate stormwater BMPs into drainage systems
