We are Novapolis, a pre-seed startup dedicated to creating a secure, private peer-to-peer cloud and community ecosystem. Leveraging the power of secure enclaves and Web3 technologies, our mission is to provide a platform where society can flourish and govern themselves, ensuring data privacy and security at every step.


The Role:

As the Co-Founder focusing on Business and Operations, you will partner with the Technical Co-Founder to lead Novapolis. You will be responsible for driving business strategy, managing operations, securing funding, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Co-Founder to define and execute the overall vision and strategy of Novapolis.
  • Develop and implement business plans, operational strategies, and growth initiatives within the Web3 and privacy-preserving technology space.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including investor relations, pitch preparation, and negotiations with a focus on Web3 and blockchain investors.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team across various functions, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances in the Web3 ecosystem to drive business development.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
  • Champion the company's mission and values, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Proven experience as a founder or executive in successful Web3 startups, particularly in the blockchain and decentralized tech industry.
  • Strong background in business development, operations, and strategic planning within the Web3 space.
  • Demonstrated success in securing funding from venture capitalists and other investors, especially those focused on blockchain and privacy-preserving technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for decentralized systems, Web3, and privacy-preserving technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
