Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping seniors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care. As a Senior Caregiver at Amada Senior Care, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical care and companionship to senior clients in their homes.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care manager.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
