Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
