OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an IT Manager to provide technical support to corporate and remote field staff and help build the in-house IT team as the company grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

At a minimum, the IT Manager will:

  • Coordinate with external IT Support vendor to provide onsite and remote end user support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Drive compliance with IT Policy and best practices to maintain a secure computing environment.
  • Support implementation sites and assist with implementation hardware setup and support including network equipment and phone systems.
  • Assists with the user and license administration of systems including: Microsoft Azure AD, Jump Cloud, Office 365, Teams, VOIP phone systems and other end user platforms as required.
  • Administration of the company cell phone program to include provisioning, deprovisioning and asset management/tracking.
  • Help ensure corporate data and system backups are properly functioning and tested.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service when responding to phone, online and in-person queries and service issues. Provide updates, status and completion information to end users and managers to ensure issue(s) have been resolved.
  • Image, install, and configure software on computers; load appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components, and office applications. Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Work with vendors in coordinating repair and replacement of broken equipment.


CORE COMPETENCIES:

An ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following experiences:

5-7 years experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and equipment; 1-3 years experience managing support teams preferred.

  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel.
  • Proven ability to coordinate geographically-dispersed resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize, solve problems and offer solutions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible, optimistic approach; committed to overcoming challenges; comfortable with change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Ability to systematically analyze system requirements and troubleshoot complex problems.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to Travel: local and overnight travel for client implementations
  • Strong willingness to work in a production and office environment

Ability to Lift 50 Pounds

BS/BA in IS/IT or related field of study
