With a presence in over 300 cities and partnerships with leading hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, we ensure our clients experience precision, efficiency, and innovation in every event. We are expanding our operations in the U.S. and seeking an experienced Event/Conference Planner to join our team in Las Vegas.
Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in executing business strategies, overseeing event and product development projects, and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while managing project resources effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
- Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure all project documentation is maintained in internal project management systems.
- Coordinate and book event meeting and conference spaces, overseeing all logistics and registration processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and venues, ensuring favorable terms and accuracy.
- Analyze and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify common pain points and trends, translating these into actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the development team, to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market demands and opportunities for innovation in our SaaS products.
- Address and resolve project issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Bilingual in Mandarin-English or Spanish-English.
- Experience in the hospitality, event planning, travel, or expo industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
