You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.We are a passionate group of logistics innovators who are redefining air transportation through advanced analytics and operational excellence. Our team drives Amazon Air's North American operations, managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast, reliable deliveries for our customers.Basic Qualifications5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with executive level calendar management, or experience managing multiple calendarsExperience in senior level leadership supportPreferred QualificationsExperience leading process improvementsExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience designing processes to maximize efficiencyBachelor's degreeExperience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project managementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
