The *Occupational Therapist* plays a crucial role in helping patients live more independent, satisfying, and meaningful lives by enabling them to perform essential daily activities.
* OTs assess patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors to determine their ability to perform daily tasks.
* Create individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.

*Qualifications:*
* New graduates and entry level candidates will be considered and trained
* Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
* North Carolina license in Occupational Therapy required
* Passion for changing the lives of others
